Mushrooms and Felt...

Just a quick one today to say that a bunch of us are heading over to the Mushroom Works in Newcastle for the launch of their latest exhibition - Applique.

It promises to be a sumptuous evening of felt, embroidery and beautiful things - all by the very talented Jane Smallcombe. Jane's stuff is right up my street, so delicate and intricate but with such bold, vibrant colours. Love it. Perhaps I'll pick myself up a piece or five...
